Knut has been an industrial fitter since 1982 and has been working for us as a machine fitter since November 1984 in parts production, in the machining department.
Knut operates our latest Mazak 3-axis machining center VCN 500, which is used to produce a wide variety of milled parts that are built into all our machines.
This work requires years of experience in machining and programming. And customers worldwide enjoy the constant care with which our laboratory instruments are built.

She was the first trainee ever to take first place in the trainee classification at the 2016 Company Run in Birkenfeld. In her anniversary year, she went one better and successfully took part in a half marathon.
